We, the Summit County Democrats, in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and in alignment with the Democratic Party of Utah, dedicate ourselves to the pursuit of individual freedom, in the framework of a just society, and political freedom through participation by all.  In this spirit, we set forth the organization and procedures by which the Summit County Democratic Party shall conduct its business.
